King Richard is lost in the holy lands and his brother Prince John takes control of the country. Prince John is not a fair King.
One man takes action against him, his name is Robert, Earl of Huntingdon. When Prince John arrests him, on the day of the Earl’s wedding, Robert escapes into the gloom of Sherwood forest and vows to be an outlaw against Prince John.
Robert, now Robin Hood because of the green hood he wears, takes from the rich to give to the poor. He gets people from all over to be part of his merry men against Prince John, he has many adventures.
I think that this book is a must read for anyone, a classic for everyone. An awesome book about the best archer in England and his merry men featuring Little John, Will Scarlet, Maid Marion and Frair Tuck.
